Kay Beasley Foster, 64, died Friday, April 13, 2007 at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2007, in Cedar Hill Cemetery with Pastor James McKinnon officiating, directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory. The family will receive friends at a visitation 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Kay was born October 17, 1942 in Abilene, Texas to Scott Beasley and Cora Lee (Doby) Beasley. She was a waitress and later became a CNA for several nursing homes. Kay was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Terry Lee Cooley, Sr.; and two husbands, Billy G. Moore and Bill Foster. Survivors include her companion, Bill Peterson; two brothers, Larry Beasley and wife, Pam, and Daine Beasley and wife, Cindy; and a sister, Kristi Beasley; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and her dog, Baby!
