Margaret Scott Harvey, 68, passed away November 4, 1999 in Houston, Texas. She was born August 5, 1931 in Waco, Texas where was was also raised. She married William D. Harvey on June 5, 1950 in Marlin, Texas. She attended Baylor University. She was a past Matron of South Houston O.E.S. where she also served as secretary for many years. She is survived by her husband, William D.; daughter, Julie Hayes and her husband Bill of Pearland, and granddaughter, Kelly. Family to received friends 7-9 pm Friday November 5, 1999 at South Park Funeral Home in Pearland. Funeral Services scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday November 6, 1999 at the Chapel of South Park Funeral Home. Interment to follow at South Park Cemetery. from Houston Chronicle
