Samuel "Rex" Bell, 81, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018 in Arlington. Funeral 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Rex was born July 28, 1936 in Westminster, Texas to Charles S. Bell and Beulah Mae Stevens Bell. Survived by wife of 57 years, Nelda Bell; Son, Charles Bell; daughter, Bobbi Webb and husband, Scott; brother, Alton Bell and wife, Carolyn; sister, Patsy Stepan and husband, Wayne; and grandchildren, Alex and Veronika Webb.
