Bio
RICHARD PAUL MOORE Longtime resident of Napa, Ca., passed away at the age of 94, Feb. 13, 2018. Born in Shawnee, OK, the first son of D. Paul and Bernice (Davis) Moore. In 193 moved to Sebastopol, CA. Richard served in WWII before working as a green grocer and manager. Richard and his wife, Phyllis, lived in Napa, CA, from 1948-2013. When Phyllis passed, Richard moved to Sacramento. He is preceded by in death by Phyllis, his wife of 65 years, and his sisters Doris & Jeanine. He is survived by his brothers; Eugene & Dale; his children, Thomas, Ruth & Robert; and his grandchildren & greatgrandchildren. He will be buried at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery. In life of flowers the family request donations be made to the Hart Senior Center. A celebration of life will be held this Sat., March 24th, 12:30 p.m. at the Hart Senior Center, 915 27th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816. Published in The Sacramento Bee on March 23, 2018
