Bio

Mrs. Fallon was born in Cooke County, Texas, the daughter of Henry and Katherine (Reidel) Gieb. She died in Sherman, Texas. She attended Catholic schools in Cooke County. She married Charles “CB” Fallon on 5 July 1949 in Sherman. Rose was a nurse at St. Vincent’s Hospital, formerly Sherman Community and presently Medical Plaza, for 30 years. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Sherman. Survived by her husband; son, James G. Fallon of Sherman; brothers, Julius Gieb of Victoria, Texas and Bernard Gieb of Lindsay, Texas; sisters, Lonia Tubb of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Cecilia Schilling and Gene Gieb, both of Muenster, Texas. Rosary was recited at Dannel Funeral Home; Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St Mary’s Catholic Church by the pastor, Rev. Jeremy Myers. An obituary was published on the Sherman Democrat on 19 March 1995.
