w/o Walter Lawson Worthy w/o Levi J. King, m. 18 Dec 1996, Dallas, Texas Mrs. Worthy died May 25, 2006, in Mableton, Ga. She was born Feb. 13, 1918, in Van Zandt County to the late James and Laura Foster Barton. She grew up and attended school in Bright Star community. She was a presser at Pageboy Maternity in Dallas and a seamstress. She moved to Mableton, Ga., in 2002. She was preceded in death by her husband of six years, L.J. King in 2002, and son, Walter "Buddy" L. Worthy.
