WHARTON - Judith Marie Sassin, 100, of Wharton, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018. Judith was born on August 25, 1917, in Weimar to Adolph D. and Mary (Skrovan) Manofsky. She was married to Victor J. Sassin. She is preceded in death by siblings: Arnold Manofsky and wife (Marie Sliva Manofsky), Oscar Leary (Larry) Manofsky, Calvin Manofsky, Glen E. Manofsky, and Hedwick (Hattie) Manofsky Guess Powell. Services will be at Holy Family Catholic Church, Wharton, Tx on Monday, March 5, 2018. Rosary is at 10:00 a.m. and Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Wharton Funeral services under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home.
