Edwin Topil, 51, of Lincoln passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 in Rising City at his parents home after a courageous battle with cancer. Ed is survived by his parents, brother Chuck(Susan) Topil of David City; sisters: Cathy(Chris) Terrana of West Harrison, NY, and Valerie (Gary) Brown of Lakewood, CO; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
