Daughter of W. M. Crow and unknown mother (info from death cert.) ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Mrs. Vera Ann Allen, 91, of 3917 Westland Drive, died Thursday in a local nursing home. She was born in Alabama and had been a Corpus Christi resident for the past 46 years. She was a member of the Norton Street Church of Christ. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at the Seaside Memorial Park Chapel with John Stuckey, minister of Norton Street Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow in Seaside Memorial Park. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. R. G. Arnold of Corpus Christi; two sons, E. S. Allen of Corpus Christi, and C. W. Allen (Cecil) of Rowlette, Texas; one sister, Effie Hill of Waxahachie, Texas; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren. Ross Langham Mortuary.
