Bio

On 6 Aug 1906 Jasper Duncan married Ida May Hickman in Fountain County, Indiana. Ida was 15 years older than him. From this union 2 known daughters were born. Jasper Roy Duncan U.S., World War II Draft Registration Cards, 1942 confirmed that they were still married in 1942. Ida was listed as the contact where they could find him, At that time he was employed by the W.P.A. the draft card was also where his place of birth was found. Sometime after 1942 Jasper and Ida separated. His death certificate confirmed that his marital status was divorced. His usual occupation was a laborer in the Gravel Pits. Before his death he was in the Tall Trees Nursing Home, 303 2nd Street Covington, Indiana. He was 83 years old when he passed away. His daughter, Sylvia B. Duncan Barker, was the informant on the certificate.
