Louise Marie Menotti West Louise Marie Menotti West, 88, passed peacefully into her heavenly home on February 19, 2018 surrounded by her family in Midlothian, TX. She was born in Dickinson, TX on January 1st, 1930 to Jack and Angelina Menotti. She graduated Dickinson High School in 1948 and married the love of her life Robert Lee West in 1953. Louise was a caring compassionate woman who enjoyed raising her 4 children, traveling the world with her husband Bob and spending time with all of her family. Her family was always a priority and she set great examples of this for her children and grandchildren. She was a long time member of Shrine of the True Cross Catholic Church in Dickinson and was a member of St. Catherine of Sienna in Carrollton, TX. Louise also enjoyed working outdoors with her beloved dog Ginger by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee West, her parents Jack and Angelina Menotti, her brothers Anthony and Joseph Menotti and her granddaughter Michelle Godfrey. Louise is survived by her sisters Camella Menotti and Mary Catherine Swindell, her brother Jack Menotti, her children Louis Anthony West and wife Jamie, Cindy Marie Godfrey and husband Bill, Dee Ann and Angela Sophia West, 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews who all loved Aunt Louise. Friends are welcome to join the family for visitation at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2018 followed by the funeral service which will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Carter-Conley Funeral Home, 13701 Corpus Christi St., Houston, Texas 77015. She will be laid to rest with her husband at a later date at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Dickinson, TX.
