Obit Billy Hoover was called home by His Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 4,2018. Billy was born on August 1,1948 to Pauline Smith and Clarence Henry. He was one of 7 children. Billy was proceeded in death by his parents 2 brothers and 2 sisters, and his son Danny Hoover. He is survived by his loving wife Shirley Hoover. His two son's Billy Hoover and Justin Hoover. 2 sisters MiLinda Gorrell, Sally Eckman Billy served in the Air Force for 8 years then found a passion for rodeo and truck driving. He also loved to fish and hunt and spend time at the coast. Services will be held at New Braunfels Christian Church on February 17th at 2:00pm.
