Bio
Obituary Loraine Havins Cawthon, of Duncanville, departed this earth to be with her Lord and Savior on December 22, 2012. Loraine was born in McCurtain County, Oklahoma, on February 24, 1920. She was the oldest of the four children of Dewey and Clara Havins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Ishmael Cawthon, her sister Doris Berry, and her brother Felton Havins. Loraine is survived by her son Bryant Cawthon and wife Eloise of Abilene, daughter Glenna and husband Phil Woodall of Duncanville, and four grandsons: Lance Cawthon and wife Rachel of Austin, Lane Cawthon, recently of Beijing, China, Trent Dagen and wife Angie of Rowlett, and Daniel Dagen and wife Jan of Waxahachie. She also leaves her beloved and fortunate great grandchildren; her sister Wilma Cawthon of Cedar Hill; and numerous other family and friends. Visitation with the family is 6-8 pm, Wednesday, December 26, at Jaynes. The Celebration of Life service will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, December 27, 2012, at the Duncanville Church of Christ, 402 W. Danieldale Road, Loraine's home church of more than 60 years. Burial will follow in Crandall, Texas.
