Daughter of Elmer E Williams and Bettie Wilmot, b. 20 Jul 1897 in Indian Territory (Oklahoma). Her mother died shortly after her birth, her burial location is unknown. Lela's father & her step-mother, Emma Wright Williams, are buried in Englewood Cemetery in Lubbock County, TX. Lela and Marion had two sons, Clyde and G. M "Jim" Fleming. Lela and her sister, Myrtle Edna Williams, married brothers, Marion & Thomas Fleming.
