DENNIS O. SCHROEDER LaGRANGE — Dennis O. Schroeder, 56, of La Grange died Tuesday, June 30, 1992. Mr. Schroeder was born Feb. 10, 1936, in Fayette County to the late Otto and Lillie Marquart Schroeder. He married the former Virginia Schaefer on Feb. 17, 1957, in the Prairie Valley Community near La Grange, was formerly employed by the Texas highway department for 28 years and was a representative of the Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. He was the organizer and president of the Prairie Valley Cemetery Association and the Plum Lodge of the Sons of Hermann, was active on various church committees and was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in La Grange. Survivors: wife; and sisters, Norma Luck of La Grange and Nelda Hanisch of Pleasanton. Preceded in death by brother, Walter Schroeder. Services 10 a.m. Thursday at the St. Paul Evangelist Lutheran Church in La Grange, the Revs. William Hassel and John Anderson officiating.
