Benjamin Franklin Norick was born March 22, 1845 in Pike County, Indiana to parents Peter Jerome Norrick and Mary Ann Freeman. Benjamin married Amanda Wilson on November 14, 1870 in Petersburg, Pike County, Indiana. Together they had nine children born to them: Mollie Norick: b. 1873 - d. 1880 William Marion Norick: b. 28 September 1875 - d. 31 December 1953 George Alonzo (Lon) Norick: b. 22 February 1878 - d. 26 January 1969 Lula Norick: b. 1880 - d. 1884 Cordelia Jane Norick (Delia): b. 14 June 1882 - d. 16 July 1943 Otto Norick: b. 16 March 1886 - d. 27 September 1948 Bessie Frances Norick: b. 8 February 1888 - d. 15 January 1974 Walter Lee Norick: b. 27 September 1891 - d. 5 June 1963 Henry Calvin Norick: b. 16 April 1893 - d. 1 May 1973 Benjamin was living in or near Batesville, Independence County Arkansas when he passed.
