Bio
James was born to Marie (Sloup) and Louis Hruska. He attended and graduated in 1958 from St. Patrick's High School in Fremont. James then enlisted in the United States Army and after took a position as the City of Fremont's Horticulturist where he remained until his retirement in 2002.
