Bio
Carroll Smith Barco of Winter Park, FL was the son of Claude and Mary Barco. Carroll was a WWII, U.S. Navy veteran where he received the WWII Victory Medal, American Theatre Medal, Asiatic Pacific Theatre Medal, 2 Bronze Stars, and the Point System Amphibious Force Insignia. He graduated from the University of Florida, was an attorney who practiced law in the State of Florida and the United States Middle District Court, as well as being a traffic court hearing officer in Orange County for over 20 years and a member of the Masonic Lodge, Bahia Shrine, American Bar Association, Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association.
