Bio
Carl Gracy, 85, of Fort Worth passed away Nov. 29, at Osteopathic Medical Center. He was born Dec. 10, 1916 to Renzo and Lillie (Cunningham) Gracy in Weston, Texas. He married Rubylee Cantrell on June 21, 1940 in McKinney. He was a circulation department sales representative in the magazine publishing business. He was a member of the North Baptist Church in McKinney. He served in the U. S. Navy during WWII. He is survived by his wife Rubylee (Cantrell) Gracy of Fort Worth; sons, Dr. Robert Gracy of Fort Worth, Ben Gracy of San Jose, California; grandchildren, Dr. Noelle Gracy-Egan of New York City, Dr. Delaney Gracy of New York City, Joseph F. Gracy of San Jose, California, and Thomas Alan Gracy of San Jose. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Dec. 2 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Danny Buster officiating. Interment will follow at Pecan Grove Cemetery in McKinney. Family visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
