Bio

Charles Clair, member of the police department, will be married in St. Louis sometime this week, to Miss Helen Seifert, 213 South Seventh street. Policeman Clair is on his vacation of two weeks, and will spend the time on his honeymoon. Both are well known, and estimable residents with many friends. Upon their return to Quincy, they will reside, for the present, in the Tremont hotel. - The Quincy Daily Whig, Thursday, May 2, 1918; page 3.
