Bio

Funeral services for the Rev. E. Wert Etheridge, 61, former Dallas resident, will be held here Saturday. He died Wednesday in San Antonio, where he had lived for the last 16 years. Final rites will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Morrell Avenue Baptist Church. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Leona Etheridge; three brothers, Olen G. Etheridge, Roy Etheridge and Ted Etheridge; and six sisters, Mrs. Lessie Durham, Mrs. Ettie Grey Ashley, Mrs. Minnie Crow and Mrs. Clemmie Jetton, all of Dallas, Mrs. Lena Clark of Houston and Mrs. Maddie Chapman of Red Oak.
