Bio

Ruth Elder (Dixon) Mock, of Cloudy, Oklahoma passed from this life November 13th, 2017 in her home. She was born November 27th, 1927 in Lawton, Oklahoma. She received under-graduate and graduate degrees in education from Oklahoma State University and was a member of Kappa Delta Pi and the Europe Foreign Study Program. She taught at Indiahoma public school for 20 years and was an extremely devoted educator. Ruth is preceded in death by her husband Don Mock Survivors include her children; Linda Gail, Sherry Jean and Donald Edward, grandchildren; Jeff McArthur, Tyler Wayne McArthur, Jared James Mock, Kalia Mock, Richard Harper, Christy Harper and Kim Vogili. Services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at the Ft. Sill National Cemetery Pavilion. Cremation services provided by Burkhart Funeral Service of Antlers.
