Loretta Embrey, 86, passed away November 4, 2017. She was born February 4, 1931 in Italy, TX to Marion and Ruby Wood. Loretta worked as a teller for 35 years. Loretta is survived by her daughter Carla Cobb and husband Jeff, sisters Betty Melead, and Jenice Adams, Grandchildren Laura Cobb and Fiance Michael Fanning, Greg Cobb and wife Heather, Eric Cobb and wife Aireal, great grandchildren Destiney Crow and husband Sebastian, Jacob Overdirth, Emily Overdirth, Tyler Cobb, Brandon Cobb, Liam Cobb, Katelyn Cobb, Jayden Barnaby, Johnathan Cobb, and great- great grandson Lyndall Crow, and a special friend of 15 years Roland Coker. Visitation will be 6-8:00 pm Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Waxahachie Funeral Home. Service 10:00 am Thursday Nov. 9, 2017 at Waxahachie Funeral Home with Interment following at Forreston Cemetery.
