Mickey was born the 7th child out of 8 in McKinney, TX to William and Hazel Biggs (nee Ross). He had the gift of making anyone feel at ease. He was known for his sarcasm, wit and sense of humor, but above all else, he was renowned for his library of corny “dad” jokes. He could tell one with seamless delivery that would elicit a grin from even the most stoic an audience. When not working or telling jokes, he was a voracious reader. He enjoyed following professional baseball, high school and college football. He was a lover of great food and music filled his world. He was a tender and devoted husband to his wife Michelle. Their 15 years together was far more rich than mere calendar years.
