Burial date 10/19/1978 ************* Edward Zvonar, 83, a staunch Farmers ' Union member who homesteaded at Nashua in 1916, died Sunday in Valley View Home. He served nine years on the school board, 13 years on the Farmers Union Elevator board and 29 years on the Farmers Union oil station board. Mr Zvonar was born in Omaha,. Neh. and moved from Tabor, S.D., to Nashua. He married Mary Hobza in May 1946. Survivors include his wife; a son, Frank of Lynnwood, Wash.; four daughters, Dorothy Kertz of Forrest City, Ark., Rose Mary Mainwaring of Aurora, Colo., Veronica Schaefer of Great Falls, and Sophie Zvonar of Billings; three sisters, Pauline Husby of Missoula, Blanche Puckett of Wolf Point, and Bessie Peterson of Yakima, Wash.; and 12 grandchildren. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in Bell Funeral Chapel at Glasgow. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Raphael's Church. Burial will be in Highlands Cemetery.
