Herbert Stuchly, 76, of Elk passed away Sunday, March 11, 2007, at a local nursing home. Rosary and Mass will be 1:30 pm Thursday, March 15, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elk with Father Ed Karasek officiating. Burial will be at Pavelka Cemetery in Elk. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bellmead Funeral Home. Mr. Stuchly was born June 6, 1930, in Elk to Emil and Frances (Zalman) Stuchly. He was a farmer all his life and was a life time member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elk. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lillian Dulock; and two brothers, Victor and John W. Stuchly. He survived by his sisters, Willa Mae Phillips of Vanderbilt and Virginia Lednecky of Irving; and several nieces and nephews.
