Bio

John B. Shirley died at his home Sunday, near Jacksboro and was buried at Jacksboro Monday. Mr. Shirley was about 55 and left a family. John B. was an enterprising citizen and will be missed in his neighborhood and by his family and by his family and friends. Truly a useful citizen gone. McMinnville News Paper, March 25, 1926
