Capri Angel Hampshire, 56, of Vidor, died, Thursday, September 21, 2017. She was born on April 12, 1961, in Arnaudville, Louisiana to Patsy Durio and Michael William Didier, Sr. Capri was a Polysomnographic Technologist (sleep technician). She enjoyed dancing, spending time with her grandchildren, shopping and crafts. Capri is survived by her husband, Leslie Hampshire; daughters, Jillian Hampshire and Sharon Stevens and her husband, Michial; and grandchildren, Dawson Gray, Delilah Scott, Michael Stevens III and Sharon Allen Stevens, all of Vidor; father, Michael Didier, Sr. of South Dakota; siblings, Michael Didier, Jr., Bami Carmane and Rita Gonsoulin, all of Vidor; Devon Didier of Springfield, Missouri, Andrea Didier, of Greenville, South Carolina, and Michele Didier Nolan of Hawarden, Iowa; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Didier. A gathering of Mrs. Hampshire's family and friends will begin at 10:00a.m., with her memorial service to follow at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, September 30, 2017, at Resurrection Life Church, 145 Evangeline Drive, Vidor. A family committal will be at Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard's, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Resurrection Life Church, 145 Evangeline Drive, Vidor, Texas 77662.
