Victoria ~ Martha Joyce Georgie Wackar, 76, of Victoria, Texas entered the pearly gates on Saturday, September 23, 2017 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimers. She was born October 7, 1940 in Victoria, Texas to the late Karl Oscar and Martha Kleiber Georgie. Martha worked in childcare and cook at First Baptist Daycare for about 18 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lee Roy Wackar; daughter Sheila Wackar; son Sharrl Wackar; step-daughter Robin Sills; brother Karl Wayne Georgie and nephew Dewayne Warner. A celebration of life for Martha will be on held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Inez. Family will welcome friends beginning at 1:00 PM. Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Grace Funeral Home.
