Bio

VALPARAISO – Roland J. Vrbka, 75, died Sept. 21, 2017 in David City. Survivors include his wife, Carol; daughters, Anne and Mary Vrbka, both of Valparaiso; granddaughter, Anastasia; brother, Ray (JoAnn) of Firth; and sister, Judy (Pat) Osmera of Ulysses. A funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 26 at Sts. Mary and Joseph Catholic Church in Valparaiso, with burial at St. Mary's Cemetery in rural Valparaiso. Memorials may go to masses or to the family for future designation. Funeral arrangements are by Chermok Funeral Home in David City.
