Albert Sliva, Jr., age 82, of Hamshire, Texas passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017. He was born April 30, 1935, in Wallace, to Margaret Melner Sliva and Albert A. Sliva, Sr. Survivors include his son, Wade Sliva of Wimberley, Texas, his daughters, Christine Sliva and Andy Allen of Hamshire, Texas, Reine Sliva Muehlenbein and her husband Kevin of Hamshire, his granddaughter, Brittany Allen, of Hamshire, his great-granddaughter, Victoria Allen of Hamshire and his brother, Gilbert Sliva of Pleak, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years, Thelma Jean Sliva and his sister, Viola Pokluda (135506096). A gathering of Mr. Sliva's family and friends will begin at 9am Monday, September 25, 2017 at St. Louis Catholic Church, 315 West Buccaneer Drive in Winnie, Texas. His funeral service to follow at 11am.
