Bio

In 1947 he married his sweetheart, Norma Bryant.He served in the U S Army as a platoon sergeant, staff sergeant, artillery chief and shop instructor. During his tour of duty he earned the Bronze Star medal, before re-entering Texas A & M to complete both his B. S. & M.S. degrees.
