Bio

"The bitter pangs of remorseful death must visit every home. Such was the case with Mr. Carter last Saturday [7 Apr. 1906]. Mr. Carter and son were making a fence when the father complained of pain in his head. In a moment he dropped and expired. He was an old citizen and will be greatly missed.
