Bio
Bill's legal name was Billy Paul Debord. His ashes were spread from the riverbank in the French quarter of New Orleans on Mardi Gras day 2014. He always said he wanted his ashes to be spread in the Pacific in Puerto Vallarta. As I spread his ashes that Mardi Gras day I told him he would eventually get there. Bill was born March 13, 1947 in Sulphur Springs Texas. We met in the late 1970s when I was transferred to Dallas with American Airlines. We spent 35 years together part of that time as co-owners of a travel company in Dallas. We traveled all over the world together. I will forever miss those times. John Olivas
