Funeral services for Robert Lee Lewis, 73, retired maintenance operator for the Southland Corp., will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday in the Dudley M. Hughes Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Lewis, a native of Canton, Van Zandt County, died here Saturday. A Dallas resident for 45 years, he was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Lula Mae Lewis; daughter, Mrs. Frances Robinson of Wicks, Ark.; son, Coy M. Lewis of Dallas; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Leo Miller, Mrs. Vernon Isbell, Mrs. Ethel Wilhite, Mrs. Rubye Giordano, Mrs. Nell Francois.
