Bio
Harry Eugene Elliott, 55, of 1054 E. Cleveland Ave., died at 8:37 a.m. today in St. Mary's Hospital after a lingering illness. Mr. Elliott was a retired baker. He was born in Decatur on June 17, 1903, and lived here all of his life. He was married to Emma Cicotti in Decatur. Surviving are sons, Jack Daniel, Robert and Harry Eugene Jr., all of Detroit; sisters, Mrs. R. W Knowling, Vandalia; Mrs. William Randall, Blue Mound; and a brother, M. J., Marshall, Tex. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. tomorrow in the Dawson &Wikoff Funeral Home, where friends may call after 4 p.m. today. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery, Moweaqua.
