Bio

aka Manuel; his 1st wife was Alice King, 2nd wife was Lucinda Ann Foster, & 3rd wife was Bertha Frazier. He had come to Dallas, TX by 1917. Frank & Bertha had a daughter named Maselle or Mathell found with them in the 1930 & 1940 censuses of Dallas Co., TX; she has not been found after that.
