Robert is the son of Frank and Evelyn (Chmelka) Makovicka. Robert served in the US Army during the Korean War; April 23, 1956-April 18, 1958. Robert married Betty Morris on October 15, 1954 in Holton, Kansas. Robert and Betty are the parents of Pamela, Tammy & Barbara.
