Inscription

Lucy and J. Gray Beavers gave birth to six girls. They were Mary A. Ollie Pearl, Lucy Mattie, Sarah Louise, Myrtle and Ida. The couple died 1892 flu epidemic. The girls were sent to live with grandparents William Ransom Royal in Texas and Thomas Beavers in Alabama. (Information from Kay Krausman, great granddaughter of William Ransom Royal)
