THE PARIS NEWS, MONDAY, MARCH 30, 2015, PAGE 3 - Billy Ray Boehme was born Nov. 22, 1931 in Liberty, Oklahoma, to the home of Charley Boehme and Ella Harris Boehme and passed away at his home on March 24, 2015. He attended Mabank, Texas schools and joined the Army in 1949, served his country until 1952. After his discharge from the military he began working for Southwestern Bell Telephone company and retired from there in 1982 after 30 years of loyal service. On Dec. 7, 1950, he married Billie Jean Bridges. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Charlie Boehme. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 64 years; a son and daughter-in-law; a daughter and son-in-law; two brothers ; three sisters; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and many friends.
