Bio
Memorial service for Lewis A. Pinney, 93, will be at 2 p.m. today at Pines Mausoleum, Pastor Jerry Horgan officiating. Ball and Dodd Funeral Home-South is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Pinney who died Monday, was born in St. Anthony, Idaho. He worked for Cascade Corp. and retired in 1967. He moved to Spokane 20 years ago. His wife of of 56 years, Leona Pinney, died in 1980. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Jane and Albert Bair of Spokane; one son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Lee Pinney of Castle Rock, Colo.; three grandchildren, Michael Wheeler, Heather Bair and Wendy Bair; and five great-grandchildren.
