Bio

Patsy E. Willis, age 80, of McKinney, Texas, passed away July 31, 2017. Patsy was born February 22, 1937, in McKinney, to Alvin and Mary (Bost) Leigh. She married Jim Willis on August 30, 1957, in Collin County. Patsy was a grain merchant at Mahard Egg Farm in Prosper, Texas for over forty-five years. She is survived by her husband, Jim Willis of McKinney, Texas, son, Tim Willis and wife, Erin of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Allyn Willis and Grey Willis, both of Dallas; and brother, George Leigh and wife, Pam of Denton, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Helen Mahard and Mary Sue Egan, and brother, John Leigh. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 3, 2017, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Prosper, Texas. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Wednesday to pay their respects and to sign the register book.
