Grand Island (Nebraska) Independent May 1986 Joseph R. Reha, of .... died Sunday, May 4, at home. Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home. The Rev. Lawrence Fenton will officiate. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery... Mr. Reha was born Aug. 21, 1921, at Brainard, the son of Joseph and Molle Pokorney Reha. He grew up and received his education in that area, later moving to Grand Island. Me married Judy Millspaugh on May 3, 1957, at Kearney. They farmed for 20 years near Grand Island, later moving into the city where he worked for Redman Industries. He retired in 1976 due to ill health. He was a member of the Catholic faith and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Ray Allen of Lubbock, Texas, Edward of Great Bend, Kan., and Joseph of Grand Island; two daughers, Mrs. Gordon (Maletta) Canfield and Mrs. Rick (Melissa) Kallos, both of Grand Island; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Stan of Grand Island and Bill of David City, and two sisters, Tillie of California and Rosie of David City.
