Son William Dewey was informant on d/c #14417. He was removed from Navarro County, Texas to Kaufman County, Texas for burial at Fox Cemetery. 1900 census in Kaufman County, Texas with wife, Etta and children: Bertha and Dewey. Also in household were Father -in-law, William Fowler, 53 and Brother-in-law William Fowler, 19. Information obtained from family relates that William Morgan was orphaned and raised by William Blake Sergeant and his 2nd wife, Lizzie. She is listed living in his household in 1910 census. He is widowed by then and there are three children in the house; Bertha, Dewey and Claudie.
