Ida Josie Bowers, 74, of Victoria, died Wednesday, July 12, 2017. She was born on September 19, 1942, in El Campo, TX to the late Cyril and Josie (Mezik) Mazoch. She was a Catholic and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, A.C. "Slim" Mazoch & sister-in-law, Beverly Mazoch. Visitation will be Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Rosewood Funeral Chapel from 6-7 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 10 am on Monday, July 17, 2017 at Holy Family Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Published by the Victoria Advocate, July 15, 2017
