Phillip E. Keith DUBLIN - Phillip Eugene Keith, a farmer, died Thursday at a De Leon hospital. He was 92. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Highland Baptist Church, where he was a member. Burial will be in Roundgrove Cemetery. Harrell Funeral Home in Dublin is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Keith was born in Erath County. Survivors: Wife, Katie Keith of Dublin; son, Billy Keith of Dublin; daughter, Norma House of Dublin; sister, Nellie Hazzard of Tyler; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
