Howard L. Meadows Retired contractor FERNLEY-Visitation for Howard Leonard Meadows, 75, who died Tuesday in Yuma Ariz., is scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m. at Ross, Burke & Knobel Mortuary, Sparks. A native of Caldwell, Idaho, he was born May 8, 1916 and had been a Fernley resident for 8 years coming fron Donner Lake, Calif., and the Bay area. Meadows was a retired contractor, a member of B. P.O. Elks Lodge 2239, Fallon. Free and Accepted Masons, San Francisco, Scottish Rite, and a life member of the Truckee Optimist Club. Surviving are his widow, Beatrice, of Fernley; son, Terrence L. of South San Francisco Calif.,; daughter Jacqueline Tyler of Reno: brother, Donald Meadows of Pacifica, Calif.; four grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at the Funeral Home, with burial at Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery Reno. Reno Gazette Journal Fri Dec 13 1991
