Evangeline Whiteley was born May 1878 at the family farm at Walworth Twp, Walworth County, Wisconsin to Otis L. Whiteley and his wife Alice C. Sabine. She married Michael Augustin Frisby on 23 Jan 1895 at Big Foot. She died 26 Jun 1937 at Elgin, Kane county, Illinois.
