Bio

George Washington Edgington was the first of 3 known child born to Asahel and Mary (Spears) Edgington. On 25 Dec 1844 George married Loraney Howard in Des Moines County, Iowa. They were the parents of one daughter, Hattie, who was born 23 Apr 1857. Sometime before 1870 the family left Iowa and moved to Hancock County, Illinois. Hattie married Watson Ruberts there around 1877 and their son George was born in April 1878. By 1880 George, Luraney, their daughter Hattie and her husband Watson and son George were living in Yolo County, California. Source: Unknown (contributed without attribution)
