Jewell "Judy" Shannon Johnson, age 95, formerly of Middleton, passed away in Selmer, TN at the home of her daughter. She was born in Hurricane Mills, TN, graduated high school in Jefferson Parrish High in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was a member of Middleton Church of Christ and taught Bible classes at various churches until she was 85 years old. Her husband was a minister and they lived in various places over the years. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and loved family, her church family and God. Survivors: Husband--William W. "Bill" Johnson; (Married- Mar. 8, 1952 in Humboldt, TN. Daughters--Denise Johnson McLemore (Tom); and Dianne Johnson Morgan (Scott); Grandchildren-10; Great Grandchildren-23.
